Terms of Service

PuckLogic is a fantasy hockey draft kit: the web app at getpucklogic.com and the companion PuckLogic Draft Sync Chrome extension. By creating an account or purchasing a Draft Season Pass you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us before you buy.

• One season. The pass is a one-time purchase that covers a single NHL draft season. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• What it unlocks. Full composite rankings beyond the free top 20, custom source weights, saved kits, PDF/Excel exports, and live draft assistance for the covered season.
• Personal use. The pass licenses you — one person, one account — to use the product for your own fantasy leagues. Sharing accounts, reselling access, or redistributing exported rankings publicly isn't allowed.

Don't abuse the service: no scraping or bulk-extracting data, no probing or circumventing the free-tier limits or payment gates, no reselling or republishing PuckLogic data or exports, and no use of the service to build a competing data product. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

PuckLogic combines third-party projections and statistics with our own statistical models. The specific sources behind your rankings are identified inside the product. What you see is a composite: our own derived ranking computed from those inputs and your weights, not a copy of any source's data.

• We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the sources we use. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners; we name them only to tell you where the inputs come from.
• Source data can change, lag, or become unavailable — we refresh on a schedule, and we don't guarantee any source's accuracy or availability. The set of included sources can also change.
• Exports you generate contain PuckLogic's composite output for your personal use, not raw source data for redistribution.
• Rights holders. If you own data or projections we use and want them credited differently, corrected, or removed, email support@getpucklogic.com. We'll respond promptly, and we honor removal requests.

Everything PuckLogic shows you — composite rankings, projections, VORP, trend scores — is a statistical estimate built from public data and our own models. Hockey is played by humans; players get injured, traded, benched, and occasionally score 60 goals nobody predicted. Rankings are decision support, not guarantees of player performance or fantasy results. Don't use them for gambling or financial decisions.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything arising from your use of PuckLogic is limited to the amount you paid us in the current season. We are not liable for indirect damages — including, we must note, lost fantasy championships.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
