Privacy Policy

PuckLogic provides a fantasy hockey draft kit: the web app at getpucklogic.com and the companion PuckLogic Chrome extension. This policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and the third parties involved.

• Account information. Your email address and authentication are handled by our auth provider (Supabase). We do not store your password.
• Draft kit data. The kits, source weights, draft sessions, and picks you create while using the product.
• Payment information. Draft Season Pass purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the product is used (event data only; no name, email, or payment details).

• Authentication. The extension reads your existing PuckLogic web session (the Supabase auth cookie on getpucklogic.com) solely to authenticate API requests on your behalf. The session token is used in memory for the duration of a request and is never persisted by the extension or sent anywhere other than api.getpucklogic.com.
• Draft sync. On supported draft pages (fantasy.espn.com) the extension reads draft-pick information to sync your live draft into your PuckLogic draft session.
• Limited scope. The extension does not collect browsing history, keystrokes, or data from other sites. Its host access is limited to getpucklogic.com, api.getpucklogic.com, and fantasy.espn.com.

We use your information only to provide the product: computing rankings and recommendations, syncing your live draft, and processing Draft Season Pass purchases. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Stripe — payment processing for the Draft Season Pass.
• PostHog — product analytics (event data only; no name, email, or payment details).
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, used to operate the service.

We retain your account and draft data while your account is active. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting us.

If you upload your own projection file, we store the original file and a record of the rights attestation you gave with it.

• Before you confirm it. An upload you do not confirm is deleted 72 hours after you start it.
• While you use it. We keep the original file while the source is in your account. Replacing it retires the previous upload.
• When you delete it. Ask us to delete an uploaded source and we remove the original file. We keep a dated record that the file existed and that we removed it.
• Legal hold. If we get a copyright notice or a legal request about an uploaded file, we freeze that file instead of deleting it, until the matter closes. A legal hold overrides the timings above. See our copyright and takedown page.
• Closing your account. We remove uploaded originals within 30 days of you asking us to close your account.
