Refund Policy

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason — up until your account completes a live draft or downloads an export. After either of those, the purchase is final and your Draft Season Pass stays active for the rest of the season.

That's the whole policy. Browse the full rankings, tune your weights, build kits — if it's not for you, you get your money back, no questions asked. The only line is actually taking the kit into a draft or walking away with an export, because at that point you've used the thing the pass is for.

• Email support@getpucklogic.com from (or mentioning) the email address on the purchase.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

A refund deactivates your Draft Season Pass immediately — you keep your free account and the free top-20 rankings, but pass features (full rankings, exports, saved kits, live drafts) lock again.

A draft kit delivers most of its value in the ~90 minutes of your draft. An unconditional window would let someone draft with the full kit and then refund it — which is really a way of making everyone else pay for their pass. The condition is objective and checkable before you buy: no live draft completed, no export downloaded, no questions asked.
